In collaboration with the Organisers of HPCN the HNF board organised an MCAD symposium at HPCN 97 in Vienna.

The symposium was followed by about 15 people. Under the audience was seen Bob Herzberger, Chairman of HPCN and Prof. Marsh ( a Medical modelling specialist ), and some High Energy physicists from Italy and Germany.

The symposium was announced twice at the front-page of the HPCN Journal.

Primeur is a web magazine directed by Uwe Harms and edited by Ad Emmen with support of the EU esprit project.

The booth was decorated with very simple means at practically no costs, but not unattractive.

As demonstration Genroco was running the Video over HIPPI via a 50 m cable to the Digital booth. Catalogue material reached in was almost al gone during the third day.

At the Vendor meeting HNF was complimented for its high level of presentations by both chairman’s of the HPCN Organisation.
